The textbook is a course of philosophy of law, focused on specific legal practices and the methodology of legal construction of social reality. Two chapters of the textbook are devoted to legal hermeneutics and synergetics as a methodologically special problem areas. The methodological foundations of law-making, law enforcement and socio-reform activity are also considered.
The concepts that are most relevant from the point of view of modern problems of legal science and practice are presented. For programs of in-depth study of the philosophy of law in paragraphs on basic topics, detailed content analysis of the texts of primary sources is attached as a component.
