The author of the textbook, recognizing the philosophy of law as an independent legal science, analyzing the history of its formation and development, considers the general path of knowledge of law, a number of philosophical and legal problems associated with the essence, content and form of law, other philosophical and legal categories. Attention is paid to the classic types of law enforcement and the new theories of law.
In the preparation of the book, the achievements of the general philosophical thought of domestic and foreign scientists of the previous period were used, as well as the latest provisions of modern authors set forth in monographs, scientific articles, textbooks and textbooks.
The textbook is intended for masters of law universities and faculties in preparation for seminars, as well as for working on master"s dissertations. It will be interesting to teachers, graduate students, and other persons interested in the problems of the philosophy of law.
