The authors of this book are graduate students and graduates of the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov. In small in volume, but capacious in terms of the content of articles, the versatility of the assessments of political and legal matter is shown. On the basis of historical and theoretical analysis, the doctrinal nature of the philosophy of law, its methodological problems, the connection of the philosophy of law with legal awareness are demonstrated.
Particular attention is paid to the possibilities of the philosophy of law to assess modern legislation. It is argued that the philosophy of law is able to go beyond the limits of cabinet speculation, acting as a powerful means of influence on the minds of practicing lawyers.
