A new concept of space development is presented by man. In the interdisciplinary production, philosophical and methodological, historical, legal, political, social, technical, environmental, futurological aspects of the development of space in Russia and the world are considered. New concepts and definitions are given. The main attention is paid to the prospects of the space era, new ideas, paradigms, concepts, strategies, projects, technologies for mastering space by man, expansion and cosmic future. The optimistic scenario of the new strategy for the development of space in the model of “unified humanity”, the development of space communities, states, the creation of the World Cosmic Union, the expansion for permanent life outside the Earth, the development of the moon, the creation of space man and space civilization with the implementation of super -global projects and environmentally friendly ones has been set out. Technology in balance with solving problems on Earth. A new paradigm for a new wave of space development is proposed: preserving Homo sapiens as the highest priority of human and humanity on Earth and in space for survival, safety and development.
