1920 ... The Civil War, which began for the Bolsheviks as a defensive, acquired a stable offensive character, the process of collecting land ended. These circumstances noticeably influenced the relationship of tips with the outside world: revolutionary extremism was gradually inferior to the pragmatic calculation. An important role in this process was destined to play Iran, the southern neighbor and the old partner of Russia, who became the arena of the new political drama.
The result of these events was the 1921 agreement with the RSFSR, which determined the place of Iran in the system of international relations
