The monograph discusses two types of political campaigns - repressive ideological campaigns (campaigns against artistic intelligentsia, cosmopolitan, the Cr. Case, the case of doctors) and mobilization campaigns (election campaigns of a allied, republican and local scale) The methodology of studying campaigns and historiography of the Stalin era are analyzed. The socio-economic situation in the Molotov region, as well as the everyday life of a resident of Prikamye in the post-war years, was reconstructed. On the local Perm material, the reconstruction of mass political campaigns of 1946-1953 was made. as an instrument of implementation of Stalinist policy, the activities of the authorities and the reaction of the masses. The mechanism and structure of the Stalinist political campaigns (participants, victims, norms, ceremonies, conflicts, functions) have been identified and described. The regional features of political campaigns are shown on the basis of materials from six local and central archives.
