The book presents the results of theoretical and experimental studies of the laws of deforming elastic wheels of tractors, cars and other mobile machines and mathematical modeling of dependencies between stresses and deformations in the tires of these wheels. The equations obtained in a number of works describing these dependencies without taking into account the time factor, as well as taking into account this factor (rheological equations) The relationships between different types of mathematical models of patterns of deformation of elastic wheels (integral equations of non-linear hereditary theory of Vyaznomno-Litzman-Laterra and equations without taking into account the time factor), as well as between different types of these mathematical models (integral and differential equations), were revealed. The mathematical models given in the book are used as determining equations for elastic wheels in works devoted to the creation of methods for the interaction of wheeled mobile machines with soils and hard -coated roads, methods for calculating the fluctuations of machines, indicators of soil compaction during the operation of machines. The results of the bench tests of the wheels with stepped static loads and loads that are continuously changing over time, as well as the results of field tests, in which the dependences between compressive stresses and deformations were found by processing the diagrams of normal contact stresses that occur during sequential passages of hard and elastic wheelbuilders along one and one the same rutus of different sealing coherent soils. Methods of calculating the indicators of the interaction of elastic wheels with various grounds, methods for calculating elastic coefficients, as well as the rigidity of elastic car and tractor wheels and allowing these methods, computer programs are proposed. These programs conducted computer experiments that revealed the influence of the main factors on the characteristics of the rheological properties of elastic wheels and indicators of their interaction with deformable and practically expensive bases. The calculated way revealed the influence of the main factors on the characteristics of elastic properties and the rigidity of elastic wheels. A comparison of the laws of deforming two contacting objects was carried out: elastic wheels and soils, as well as a comparison of their mathematical models. This work is intended for scientists involved in the study of the laws of deforming elastic wheels, the creation of methods for calculating indicators of their stress-deformed state, and machine vibrations. The book may also be useful to university teachers
