"The Lenin slogan “Learn to trade” was embodied by the team of Sergei Malyshev. At a time, when the Civil War was still blazing in the Far East, the “First Red Merchant” restored the desolate fair in a period of a little more than a month and prepared the opening of the auction. It is curious that the Bolsheviks with primary education turned out to be the deputies, and the heads of the rank of rank below are non -partisan citizens who graduated from universities. And the merit of S.V. Malysheva was that he managed to create from them, in modern language, an effective team. This led to the consistent growth of trade on such a scale that the fair from profit even directed deductions to charity. From the facts presented in the book, we are convinced that in Nizhny Novgorod one of the main tasks “from above” was achieved - to establish trading with the east, and Persia turned out to be the most active partner here. It is fair to talk about the prominent role of the fair in the establishment of interregional ties and maintaining centrrilled tendencies in the country "(P. 7–8) A review of the activities of the Nizhny Novgorod Fair Committee and its chairman S.V. Malyshev for holding in 1922–1929. Fair of national significance. From the contents: The Fair Committee and its structure, the organization of the trade process, the trade seasons of the fair in Nizhny Novgorod, the 1929th year is the last page in the history of the Nizhny Novgorod fair, etc
