The monograph presents the theory of network law and indicates the scientific prospects for the testing of various social processes on the model of the network virtual state. Successful examples of foreign practice in the studied region are shown and projects for implementing the ideas of the network state and network society in the form of a doctrine of national consolidation and other network projects, the process of which can be headed by university science using the method of strategic design and command work.
