Nowadays, many people think that being an honest and moral person is unprofitable, and luck is accompanied only by cunning, greedy and dodgy people. However, the development of Japanese society and in the 21st century will refute this widespread error, which inevitably leads to the collapse of civilization. In return, the Japanese propose living on the basis of moral purity and improve the moral principles of the personality, which gives a person a sense of happiness and tranquility. It is natural that the eastern wisdom with its principles of introvership (appeal to the inner world) proclaims the existence in society primarily moral rather than material values, seeing in them the only way to achieve a person to achieve a happy life. In the proposed study, the authors tried to analyze the conditions ensuring the preservation of high moral principles in Japanese society, which makes Japanese civilization a healthy and stable, capable of confidently moving forward along the path of progress and prosperity
