Monitoring of individual legislative practices of the constituent entities of the Federation in terms of the subjects of joint jurisdiction of the Russian Federation and its subjects.
The publication is devoted to topical issues of the development of law -making policy and one of the fundamental factors ensuring the effectiveness of the legal regulation of the Russian Federation, the system consistency of federal and regional legislation. The achievement of the process of coordination of Russian legislation affects the solution of many tasks, primarily on ensuring the unity of the Russian legal system, on strengthening the legal space of the country. The unity of the system largely depends on the degree of coordination, the coordination of the mechanisms for the implementation of the federal and regional legislative policy. In this regard, the optimization of the ratio of federal and regional levels of law -making policy is relevant. Violation of the connections between them reduces the effectiveness of legal regulation. Ensuring this correspondence is one of the priority tasks of developing modern Russian legislation.
The author’s team offers a road map of events to achieve the goal of harmonizing the legislation of the Russian Federation and its subjects in the subjects of joint jurisdiction.
