The release is opened by the heading "Medievistics at Russian universities", where the Tyumen mediaists talk about the ways of becoming a young research school in their region. The main place in the room is occupied by the section "Nobilita in the history of old Europe", in which the history and structure of the ruling class are considered in a broad historical perspective - from Roman patricians to the Polish gentry - on the materials of Germany, England, France, Italy and Spain. The book publishes an unknown text of the outstanding Russian medievist N.P. Grazian, dedicated to the problems of teaching the Middle Ages. As always, reviews are given to the most important domestic and foreign publications.
