A collective monograph presents the materials of the International Seminar “Public Policy: Cultures and regimes in network contexts”, held on June 27-28, 2015 at St. Petersburg State University. The seminar was organized by the Research Committee 48 "Administrative Culture" Mali and the Research Committee in the comparative political science of the RAPN. The monograph discusses the technical foundations of the management of public policy, the network nature of the management of the public sphere, the role of cooperation of the state and society in the development and implementation of political decisions, the features of civic activity, the significance of analysis and evaluation of public policy management for its effectiveness and justice. Particular attention is paid to Russia"s experience in managing public policy.
