The first memories of Pavel Pavlovich Mendeleev (1863–1951) are the most valuable source in the political history of Russia of the 20th century and, above all, on the history of the first Russian revolution. P.P. Mendeleev is a state and public figure. In 1905-1909 He held the position of head of the office of the Council of the Council (Committee) of Ministers, conducted the office work of the highest government institutions of the Russian Empire.
