The training manual examines a wide range of issues related to the essence, legal consolidation and practice of the implementation of the basic rights and freedoms of man and citizen in the Russian Federation. Much attention is paid to the definition of basic concepts and categories, scientific classification and other elements of theoretical knowledge that constitutes the institution of the constitutional status of personality.
