Continuing the study of the topic of the legal relationship, begun in the previously published work (legal relationship (theory and practice of modern legal regulation) M: Norma, 2018), the author focused on the morality of legal regulation.
According to the author, modern realities and challenges require doctrinal rethinking of legal regulation, taking into account the achievements and conclusions of the social and humanities. The monograph uses historical, psychological, sociological and anthropological data, and the original separation of morality and morality is proposed.
The work is based on the details of the understanding of the moral component of the mechanism of legal relations through a systemic study of the three segments of the mechanism of individual constitutional legal relations.
The book is designed for a wide range of readers, can be useful to all those interested in the theory of state and law, the philosophy of law, ethics
