The organizers of the conference were the Department of International Cooperation of the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin (MGUA), the Department of International Law of the Russian University of Friendship of Peoples (RUDN), the Department of International Law of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Higher School of Law of the MGUA and the International Union of Lawyers and Economists (France ) The author’s team of the monograph included scientists from Russia, Italy, Portugal, Poland and India.
