The large historical atlas of the world is the result of many years of work of scientists, editors and cartographers of Oxford University.
Atlas contains facts and a brief analysis of the key events of world history: the transition to settled agriculture, the invention of writing and printed press, the birth of religions, the Roman Empire, China of the era Sun, the discovery of America, scientific, great French and industrial revolutions, the formation of the Soviet Union and Communist China.
All material is carefully located in chronological order and is presented on color maps compiled using the latest cartographic technologies.
The publication consists Of the five parts - “Ancient World”, “Middle Ages”, “World of the Early New Age”, “The era of Revolutions” and “XX century”
