The monograph discusses the linguological foundations of law, the forms of its textual expression. The normative legal text as the main form of legal reality, its language and style is characterized. The lexical properties of words and features of the use of individual vocabulary in regulatory legal texts are analyzed. Legal syntagmatic (sustainable phraseology), the specifics of normative legal proposals, legal abbreviations and regulatory graphics are investigated. The role of the laws of logic and legal concepts as a means of forming the text of law is illustrated.
The book is addressed to scientists, lawyers, teachers and students of legal universities and faculties, as well as deputies and employees of administrations of state authorities and local self -government, preparing draft legal acts.
