In the reader of the publication, articles of more than twenty Serbian scientists are collected, shed light on the current and not yet solved problem of the Southern Serbian Autonomous Territory. Various - economic, demographic, political, legal - the problems of Kosovo and Metohiya are highlighted, which have been attracting the attention of the world community for more than twenty years and which, despite the support of the Western countries of the Kosovo State, do not move to permission.
