Jurisprudence. Teaching manual

The content of the theory of state and law is revealed, as well as the basic branches of Russian law. Particular attention is paid to the branches of public law: international, constitutional, criminal, administrative and new information law for Russian jurisprudence. Branches of private law are also considered, such as family, inheritance and labor law, a significant place is given to civil law. All material is based on the latest normative acts and recent studies of Russian legal scientists. Control questions and recommended literature are given to each topic.
