This monograph is a scientific study, which combines the speeches and articles of participants in the international scientific symposium on the topic "Judicial, prosecutor and law enforcement activities in ensuring human well -being conducted on November 26, 2021 at the Moscow State Law University named after O. E. Kutafin ( MGUA), as part of the XX International Scientific and Practical Conference "Kutafin readings".
At the symposium, issues of the role of courts, prosecutors and other law enforcement agencies in ensuring human well -being in modern challenges were raised. Participants were announced by urgent problems and the ways to solve them were proposed.
Particular attention was paid to the legal aspects of the regulation of human well -being in the Russian Federation. Evaluation of law enforcement on the topic of research was given not only in Russia, but also in foreign countries. A lively discussion was caused by the problems associated with the formation of the human rights function of the prosecutor"s office in the field of ensuring social security, with the role of judicial authorities in ensuring human well -being, with the study of the prosecutor"s office as a guarantor of ensuring human well -being.
