This book, which is a collection of charters of the Russian Empire in the field of civil jurisdiction, includes four regulatory acts - a monument of Russian legislation of the 19th century: the charter of civil proceedings, the establishment of commercial courts and the charter of their proceedings, the charter of the civil proceedings of the Polish kingdom, the volost judicial charter Baltic provinces.
The book is supplemented by introductory essays on the history of the adoption of these regulatory acts, as well as on the specifics of the civil procedure of that era.
The presented publication will be interesting to students, the faculty of law universities and faculties, lawyers-practitioners, as well as all those who are interested in the history of Russian legislation.
