The phenomenon of Jewish law has recently been covered in educational and scientific Russian -speaking literature, however, attention is paid only to the context of the ancient history of the state and law, therefore, the further evolution of this legal system, the mechanisms of its interaction with national law in different countries of the Jews remains outside the framework courses and scientific research.
