International measurement of energy security. Russia and the world (1991–2021)

After the Cold War, the problem of energy security is of key importance for both international relations and Russian foreign policy. This monograph presents a comprehensive analysis of Russia"s relations with the outside world, primarily with other states in the field of energy security in 1991–2021. Given the coinciding and non -consulting interests, from the angle of the main theories of international relations, as well as through the prism of such concepts of international relations as cooperation, competition and rivalry. The monograph is based on a thorough, actualized understanding of energy security as the concept and problems of international relations.
