The monograph contains actualized and supplemented provisions of the theory of integrated jurisdiction that explains the diverse forms of interaction between law and other regulators of social relations in the law enforcement activity presented in the dissertation study of the “integrated jurisdiction (doctrine, practice, technique), according to the results of public defense of which 20.10.10.10.10.10.10.10.10.10 .2021 by decision of the dissertation council D 203.009.01, on the basis of the Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Law.
For the first time, a comprehensive theoretical and legal analysis of integrated jurisdiction was carried out in the work, its ontology, content, mechanism for the adoption and actions of acts that contribute to the realization of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations and aimed at strengthening the foundations of the constitutional system and law and order.
