In 1894, a small book of Ivan Nikolayevich Ogronovich about the Inkerman monastery was published. It informatively and poetically tells the history of the monastery in honor of St. Clement of Roman.
Information about the author has practically not preserved. It is known that the book was published in the Odessa printing house E.I. Fesenko - the best at that time in the south of Russia. The printing house took first places at European and world book exhibitions.
The old guides preserved in the archives and libraries are priceless evidence of the past era. The public organization "Heritage of the Holy Clement of Roman" by this publication is continued by the series Ancient Guide as part of the project "Christian heritage of Tauris".
The book is designed for a wide range of readers.
The publication is supplemented by ancient and modern views of the Holy Clement Monastery
