Transferred to the Kazan Military Court. He filed a request for a resignation (07/23/1913) Retired colonel. Journalist. Employee of the newspaper "Speech". In the days of the February Revolution, he ended up in the Tauride Palace as an employee of this newspaper. Appointed by the commandant of the Tauride Palace (1.03-6.04 1917) He participated in a number of arrests, put the sovereign and Empress A.A. to the ministerial pavilion of the State Duma Vyrubov
