Photo album If tomorrow is war, if tomorrow is a hike ... is a detailed chronicle of the Red Army and the fleet in the interwar period. It contains unique personnel that captured the construction of the Red Army and the RKKF: military exercises and the everyday life of military personnel of the Soviet armed forces, the activities of military institutions, districts, individual military units and formations in 1923–1941. The first volume is dedicated to the land forces of the Red Army. The second volume accommodates two sections-military and naval forces.
The publication includes unique, recently declassified materials from the funds of the Russian State Military Archive. The photo album is equipped with a scientific and reference apparatus-this is a brief nominated index, a list of abbreviations and a list of used archival funds, and will be interesting to both researchers and a wide reader audience
