The textbook contains a number of general theoretical topics devoted to the relationship between culture and civilization. On this basis, a wide canvas of historical and culture of Turkic development in three varieties is created: West, East, Russia. The main stages and features of Western technogenic civilization and the problems of preserving diversity, the “polyphonism” of cultures in the modern globalizing world are thoroughly considered. A separate chapter is devoted to the history of domestic culture and civilization.
