Yu. A. Kulakovsky (1815-1919) - an outstanding Russian anti -people, archaeologist and Byzantineist, for the first time in Russian historiography, who created a generalizing work on the history of Byzantium in three volumes.
In the first volume after extensive administration, the recovery of history begins from the moment of separation of the Roman Empire in 395 until the end of the reign of Anastasia. In the essay Yu.A.
