This publication includes more than twenty of the first time published in Russian, Oswald Spengler, covering all periods of his work from 1904 to 1936. Among them is his dissertation about Heraclitus, and the experience of an artistic story, and literary criticism. However, the main attention was paid to its political speeches in the 1920s, dedicated to the analysis of the world situation and the place of Germany in it, and works in ancient and ancient history. A special place is occupied by essays about the types of worldview of people of the Neolithic and the Bronze Age, the resettlement of the peoples of Eurasia, the great powers and conquests in the Mediterranean of the II millennium BC. e. The work presented in the book reveals the image of Spengler as a philosopher of history from a completely new side, almost unfamiliar to readers of the "sunset of Europe"
