The monograph is devoted to the "Harbin" operation conducted by the NKVD bodies within the framework of the so -called national repressive campaigns of the period of a large terror. The target groups were to be the former employees of the Chinese-Eastern Railway and Reemigrants from China, however, in the process of execution of the operational order, the Chinese, Koreans, Uyghurs, etc., which were charged with Japanese espionage, fell under the prosecution.
