The study is devoted to the development of early statehood in Eastern Europe of the 3rd - 4th centuries. A special place is given to two Gothic pre -state entities (politicians): the Gotius of the Terwings and the Kingdom of the Grevtungs. For the first time in domestic and foreign historiography, these two Gothic politicians are compared with each other and their general comparison with the Slavic policies of the same period. The use of the almost complete set of written sources in Gothic history, a critical approach to the research of recent years, as well as methods of foreign and domestic political altituropology allowed the author to contribute to solving the problems of the era of late antiquity and the early Middle Ages, which gave the basis to move the time of the appearance of the first Pre -Slavic Plants Educations in Eastern Europe are approximately in the 2nd century. and put forward your own concept of early statehood.
