For three centuries, it played a significant role in the history of Eurasia and had a significant impact on the subsequent development of many states. The author considers the history of the Golden Horde as part of the story of the Genghis Khan’s power, and the collapse of the Mongol Empire considers the beginning of the destruction of the Golden Horde. When writing the book, the main sources on the history of the Golden Horde, the Mongol Empire and other states were used, and an extensive historiography was also taken into account, starting from the first studies on the Golden Horde history and to the latest works.
