The proposed manual includes various types of tasks aimed at developing the cognitive interest of students, increasing motivation for learning, working out subject and meta -subject skills. The workbook includes the necessary contour maps and tasks for working with them. A special section is a design and research unit that implements a practical-oriented component of the geography course, as well as a reflexive-evaluation unit, helping to determine the successes in learning. The manual presents all the practical works provided for by the program, the algorithms and the methodology for their implementation are given.
