The textbook is written in accordance with the working program of the educational discipline "Geodesy" for students studying in the direction of preparation of the undergraduate "Land Management and Cadastre. The text of the textbook includes 11 chapters, which provide general information about geodesy, set out in detail methods for determining rectangular coordinates of points, including a new method - an arbitrary line -upper network, describes and methods of measuring angles, distances, excesses, and methods of large -scale topographic surveys are considered for the purpose of the purpose obtaining topographic plans for engineering surveys and designing engineering structures describes methods for determining the area of sites with evaluating its accuracy. In addition, the initial information from engineering geodesy has been set out and the theme of "reliability of geodetic constructions" is considered in the author’s interpretation.
