The textbook “Geodesy, Cadastre with the basics of geoinformatics" briefly sets out the main provisions of the urban planning and land code of the Russian Federation used in the development of urban planning documentation on the basis of spatial information about the territory of the urban planning complex on a cartographic basis (maps, plans, orthoplatoplanes, digital models of the terrain - TsMM) The content of the cadastre, the types of cadastres, cadastral regulatory documents (GKN, USRN, USRP, etc) and their appointment are given.
The stages of urban planning are considered, the main documents reflecting their results: the rules of land use and development (PPZ), the urban planning plan of the land plot (GPZU), as well as the preparation of urban planning documentation: cadastral plan, cadastral passport, targeted plan, economic assessment of the territory Design for the development of territorial planning schemes (STP), technical and economic indicators based on cartographic materials. The concept of "easement" and legislative aspects of its use in architectural and urban design are revealed. The basic theoretical and practical issues of geodesy, photogrammeters, including digital filming technologies: electronic taeometry, aerial photography, space shooting, laser scanning, stereophotogramometric digital survey, as well as satellite GLONASS/GRS positioning/GRS. Modern methods of architectural measurements using digital cameras, amateur cameras (calibration), as well as vertical layout of the territory, breakdown work in construction, geodetic work during the research of linear structures are considered. Particular attention is paid to the implementation of geoinformation systems (GIS), BIM technologies in the solution of architectural-construction, cadastral and geodetic problems.
