As a result of conquering wars and a series of military victories of the Genghisides-direct descendants of Genghis Khan-by 1260 the most extensive and powerful empire formed from all world empires, extending from the yellow sea-in the east to the Danube and Euphrates-in the west. The famous Turkologist Professor Tair Sultanov examines in detail the political history of the Genghisid dynasty, from the founder of the Mongol Empire of Genghis Khan to his descendants, who were sitting on the thrones of the Golden Horde, the Chagatai ulus and Mogolistan.
The book covers events from the XIII to the XVII century, tracing the practice of the throne of the Hygongiz Khan empire and in the states that arose as a result of its collapse. The author shows how important the fate of the heritage and heirs of Genghis Khan is for the history of Russia and what a special role belongs to representatives of the Golden Family in the history of modern Turkic peoples of Central Asia, the Volga and the North Caucasus.
