The monograph outlines the author’s view of the rightfulness of law from the point of view of the theory of law as the norms of coordination of interests regarding values. The author gives an assessment of the rule of law as the norms of distinction and coordination of relations regarding values. It is analyzed that it is the driving principle of law: the convergence of state values and human values. The author believes that all attempts to assign priority to certain values without taking into account their real ratio in society are in advance to failure. A person’s attitude to law is a decisive embodiment of legal values as a sociocultural basis of law. The right regulates the procedure for realizing interests in relation to values.
