General theoretical research on the conceptual foundations of legal support for national interests

The monograph is a systemic and comprehensive general theoretical study of the essence and content of the national interests of modern Russia, as well as the mechanism for ensuring their implementation.
National interests are considered in the work as a reflection of the needs of society and the state and include the interests of the individual, social and state.
National interests as a theoretical and legal category reflect the coordinated recognition by society and the state of objective needs and mutual (national) development and effective implementation.
In this direction, an attempt was made on the platform of the general theory of law to explore nature, genesis, essence, content, species configuration of national interests, to form and characterize the model of their legal support, which includes awareness and formulation, coordination, formation and legal implementation of national interests through relevant mechanisms, to propose the directions of improving the legal support of national interests, as well as submit the concept of their legal support.
The legislation is given as of July 2, 2021
The monograph is intended for scientific and practical workers - lawyers, as well as students, bachelors, masters and students of higher legal educational institutions, all interested in the problem being studied
