The manual contains a working program for the textbook A.Ya. Yudovskaya, P.A. Baranova, L.M. Vanyushina "Universal History. History of the New Age, 1800-1900. Grade 8 "(m.: Education) compiled in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard and the basic curriculum for the stage of basic general education. The program includes an explanatory note, the requirements for the knowledge and skills of students, thematic planning, a educational-thematic plan, including information on effective pedagogical technologies for various lessons: discoveries of new knowledge, general methodological orientation, reflection, and developing control. As well as information about the types of individual and collective activities focused on the formation of universal educational actions among schoolchildren.
