The book that you are holding is dedicated to one of the youngest and at the same time dynamically developing subdivisions of private law - the Institute of Personal Rights. Already today, no civilized law and order is inconceivable without an extensive system of legal norms that guarantee the protection of intangible benefits of citizens. Russian legislation also contains many provisions and instructions that form an integral civil law institution of personal rights, which generally meets European standards and practices for the protection of intangible goods. These norms are more than ever in demand in society: the democratization of the end of the last century in Russia put forward the problem of protecting human rights, the interests of an individual. However, in recent years, many issues of legal protection and protection of intangible goods have remained unnoticed in the Russian civilistic literature. The author hopes that this study will make it possible to fill this gap and cause a discussion in the scientific community. The monographs reflected the legislative, law enforcement and doctrinal approaches to understanding intangible benefits and civil regulations for the exercise and protection of personal rights in Russia and abroad, which, according to the author, will strengthen the connection of domestic and foreign civilistic science. The book is designed for lawyers studying civil and comparative private law, as well as specializing in personal rights.
