The monograph considers the essence and specifics of the evolution of Soviet law in the 1920s. The process of changing the extraordinary legal order characteristic of the civil war period is analyzed to the legal procedure for peacetime. The main trends in the development of Soviet law in this period are investigated. The changes that occurred in lawmaking, judicial practice are revealed.
