Alexander Davidovich Borovsky (born in 1952) - art critic, curator, head of the department of the latest trends of the State Russian Museum.
He graduated from the Faculty of Theory and History of Fine Art of the Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture named after I.E. Repin. Member of the jury of the Awards "Innovation," Kandinsky Prize, "Prize Kureokhin", "Ars Fennica". The author of more than 400 works on the history of art of the XX century. The collection of "from and to" included selected critical articles, reviews and essays of Alexander Borovsky about modern fine art. The texts and sketches, written from 2018 to 2022 and located in chronological order, offer an acute art history view of events and trends in modern culture and art - trends created before our eyes
