The first essay tells about the corps of the Imperial Army and Navy (Kiaf), created on April 30, 1924 and uniting the officers of the Russian Imperial Army, who swore allegiance to Grand Duke Kirill Vladimirovich (Emperor All -Russian in exile) Kiaf competed with the Russian General-Vino Union (ROVS), about which the generalizing monograph by V.I. Goldina "Soldiers in a foreign land ..." (Arkhangelsk, 2006) The second essay is dedicated to the foreign union of Russian military disabled people who existed, according to some reports, to the present day. After the Second World War, they began to accept the descendants of the Russian White Guards, who received injuries in colonial wars. In addition, the author talks about the Grodno Hussar regiment, the cadets of foreign Russian cadet corps and the fate of Polish officers of Russian origin in the interwar period.
