The textbook "Electoral Law and the Process in the Russian Federation" is intended to study the topics of the suffrage in higher educational institutions, primarily in legal institutions and at law faculties. The book highlights the institutions of suffrage and electoral process, and scientific and practical problems controversial from the point of view of the legal doctrine are considered. The study of suffrage from a professional point of view for lawyers, managers, political scientists, historians, representatives of many other specialties, and from the point of view of the need to increase the level of political and legal culture - for all citizens of our country.
In order to fully study the suffrage and electoral process, the organization of self-education, verification and self-testing of knowledge, the training manual provides a course program, educational and methodological recommendations on basic topics, issues and tasks for self-control, a detailed list of sources and literature.
