“Earth after us” is an interesting journey into the distant future, one hundred million years in advance, when humanity disappears from the surface of the globe. Imagine that people, as once dinosaurs, left numerous traces of their existence, and now a certain highly developed extraterrestrial civilization is studying them in order to reconstruct the past. What story will mountains and rocks tell about us? What fossils will people leave behind? What will happen to cities, cars, plastic and other waste of modern civilization? Making exciting excursions into the history of the Earth, telling about various aspects of its functioning and simultaneously telling the reader about the development of geological science, the author makes assumptions about what the heritage of the type of homo sapiens will be and what effect - an inconspicuous or catastrophic one - he will have on his planet
