White General Vasily Georgievich Boldyrev is a mysterious figure. First, he called the Soviet power a "red nightmare, who crushes and strangles his homeland. In the fall of 1918 he became a member of the directory and was appointed commander in chief. During the military coup, when the directory was arrested, and the Council of Ministers elected Kolchak by the supreme ruler of Russia, Boldyrev was in Ufa. If he was in Omsk, the story could go a different path, because some of the officers supported the general, and he had every chance of becoming a ruler.
In 1922, Reds entered Vladivostok. Boldyrev, instead of leaving for Japan, remained in the city and was arrested. He served in prison, received work in the Siberian planned commission. He lived in Novosibirsk. In 1933 he was shot for "counter -revolutionary activities"
