According to the historical and cultural standard on the history of the Fatherland, graduates need to own information about almost 800 outstanding state and politicians of various eras. In the tasks of the exam there are a huge number of names of historical figures. It is far from easy to cope with this volume. This is a large extent to help our manual.

The author offers a new approach to the study of personalities: structural-generalized, i.e. Information regarding one person is summarized by several positions: F.I.O. The figure, years of life, the direction of his activity, a list of events in which he took part, the ruler in which the main career took shape or important events took place in the activities of a historical person. Personals in the text are distributed into sections provided for in the historical and cultural standard on the history of the Fatherland. Inside each section, the personalities are located in alphabetical order. At the end of the manual, a general list of personalities is given.
